DURANGO, Colo. – February 8, 2018 – Fort Lewis College head men's soccer coach David Oberholtzer has announced the signing of Bar Hazut and Enoch Mushagalusa to a National Letter of Intent to play for the Skyhawks next fall.

A native of Modiin, Israel, Bar Hazut is a 6-foot-0 midfielder/forward.  A 2014 graduate of Ironi Bex Rabin, Hazut helped his team to a third-place finish in the national championship tournament, and a second-place finish in the Division I league.  The 2012 Player of the Year, Hazut plans on majoring in Business Management at Fort Lewis College.

"Bar is an exciting attacking player that will immediately strengthen our offensive output," said Oberholtzer. "He has a great combination of pace and power that will suit our aggressive style of play on both sides of the ball and we expect him to be a valuable addition to our program's culture."

A product of USSDA Colorado Rapids program in Denver, Colo., Enoch Mushagalusa graduated from South High School in 2017.

"We're very excited to have Enoch join us as he's been a prolific goal scorer at the highest levels of youth soccer with the USSDA Colorado Rapids and has been touted as one of the top recruits in the country for the 2018 recruiting class," said Oberholtzer. "It's important for us as a program to attract the top talent in Colorado and Enoch is a great local addition. With Bar and Enoch joining the program along with our strong core of returning players we'll have the ability to be dangerous from all areas of the field."

The Skyhawks will open the 2018 season on Sept. 1 at Texas-Permian Basin.
