Women's basketball and women's soccer each had nine academic all-conference selections, followed by football (7), lacrosse (6), softball (6), men's basketball (5), men's soccer (5), men's cross country (4), volleyball (4), and golf (2).
Lacrosse was one of six Fort Lewis College varsity athletic teams to earn a GPA of 3.00 or higher during the 2011-12 fall and winter terms. The lacrosse's team GPA was 3.05.
Fort Lewis finished its fourth-ever season of lacrosse 7-8 overall and 4-4 in WILA games (third place in the second-year league) under MacDonald. Defense/Midfield
