DURANGO, CO – April 16, 2010 - For t Lewis College volleyball coach, Shelly Aaland has announced the signing of Kristin Stephan.
Stephan, a 6'0 middle from Phoenix, AZ who attended Mountain Pointe High School signed a national letter of intent to play for the Skyhawks this week. Kristin was a three year starter for the Pride of Mountain Pointe High School. Stephan was named to the 2009 1st team all region, 2009 Tempe all-city, 2009 all-state honorable mention and 2008 honorable mention.
Kristin is currently undecided about her major at Fort Lewis College.
“The potential for Kristin's talent has no ceiling” commented head coach Shelly Aaland. “She has the potential to be one of the next big middles in our conference.”
