The 2009 Soccer National Champions Fort Lewis College is proud to announce the capture of Jordan Alexander from Cambridgeshire in England. Jordan is an established centre forward that comes to the skyhawks with a proven goal scoring record throughout his soccer career.
Coach Kennedy speaks very highly of his latest signing “Jordan is a player that we have been tracking for a long time now and it great to be able to finally announce him as part of our squad for 2010. He is a very athletic forward that is going to add strength to our already potent attack, he has a great eye for goal and is also a proven leader on the field. We are very excited to see him in the skyhawks colors next season.”
The record breaking skyhawk attack scored 112 goals in 2009 in 25 games and was a massive part of the team's success. Alexander is expected to come in to the Fort Lewis squad and provide competition for returning forwards Joe Barnd and Abdel Becerra who scored 25 goals between them in 2009.
Skyhawk soccer fans should stay tuned to the soccer website as coach Kennedy has promised more signings to be announced shortly, go skyhawks!
