September 24, 2009.  Trinidad, CO. -  The Fort Lewis College Golf team recently competed in the RMAC Fall Tournament in Trinidad, CO. Due to severe weather in the area the tournament wasn't played until yesterday morning. The Skyhawks were able to land themselves in 6th place with a total score of 311.

Juniors Gavin Lyons and Devin Schreiner led the way for the Skyhawks as they both tied for 12th place, shooting a 76 (37-39 & 40-36). Senior Doug Manske put up a 78 (40-38) and placed 23rd overall. The Skyhawks next tournament will be the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) and RMAC Fall Crossover Tournament which will take place September 26-28 in Gothenberg, NE.
